Significant pain in the arm [Solved]

Hello,
When I woke yesterday morning, I could barely move my left arm. The pain is concentrated on my elbow and it's weird because when I went to bed the day before, I was alright. I'm confused. How could I have had this pain please?

Hello
This sounds like tennis elbow which occures due to lifting heavy weights or did you just sleep on your arm?
Is it the case?

In fact, I do sleep like this and this must be the reason. I believe that I must change my sleeping position. Thanks for your help.
