I've read that it's important to take adequate doses of calcium and to do weight bearing excercises daily. This, plus your medication should help you. Also need to know your age, and sex? Woman are more prone to this disease.

hi there,
aside from supplementing our bones with calcium rehabilitation (physiotherapy) can help us to recover from osteoporosis. I have once have a scoliosis and I seek help from the doctor and he advice me to take a rehabilitation therapy to bring my posture back.. Physiotherapy, and certain corrective surgeries..
